A major residential development of 36 towers in 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt. As a Site Engineer, I was involved in supervising structural and finishing works, coordinating with the consultant, following up on quality inspections and ensuring that daily site activities stayed aligned with the project schedule and specifications.

Key responsibilities & highlights

Supervising structural and finishing activities across multiple towers, including columns, slabs, blockwork and plaster.
Coordinating with the consultant on inspections, approvals and technical clarifications for site issues.
Following up on WIRs and MIRs to ensure timely inspection of works and materials before proceeding.
Monitoring site progress against the overall plan and highlighting any delays or constraints to the project engineer.
Ensuring execution followed approved drawings, specifications and standard details for structural and finishing works.
Supervising subcontractors’ daily activities and resolving minor technical issues directly on site.
Checking quality of concrete works, masonry, plaster, waterproofing and internal finishes in apartments and common areas.
Preparing daily and weekly site reports summarising progress, manpower and key issues raised during execution.
Supporting punch-list / snagging activities and follow-up on rectification prior to handover stages.
Maintaining safety and housekeeping standards in coordination with the safety team across active work zones.
