36 Residential
Towers

36 towers · Solo authority 10th of Ramadan, Egypt High-Density Residential

A major high-density residential development — 36 towers across a single site. Progressed from responsibility for 8 buildings to full authority over all 36, including periods of sole site authority during PM absence.

Key metric
36
Towers supervised simultaneously — sole site authority during PM absence periods.
8 → 36
Towers — graduated responsibility
Solo
Site authority during PM leave

The situation on site

Joined the project during the finishing phase — after blockwork was complete — to supervise structural and finishing works across a social housing development at scale. Started with responsibility for 8 buildings, then 12, then 18, then all 36. During periods when the project manager was on leave, full sole site authority for the entire 36-tower site was held — with only phone follow-up from the PM. The challenge at this scale is consistency: keeping quality, inspection readiness and subcontractor discipline uniform across dozens of simultaneous fronts, without losing control of any individual building.

What I specifically did

01 Progressed from supervising 8 buildings to full responsibility for all 36 towers — demonstrating the ability to scale oversight and maintain consistent quality standards as scope grew.
02 Held sole site authority during PM absence — full site responsibility across 36 towers, covering all trades, inspections, subcontractor management and daily decision-making.
03 Supervised structural and finishing activities across towers — columns, slabs, blockwork and plaster — ensuring all execution followed approved drawings and specifications.
04 Followed up on WIRs and MIRs to ensure timely inspection of works and materials — coordinating with the consultant on approvals and technical clarifications for site issues.
05 Monitored site progress against the overall plan — highlighting delays, sequencing constraints and resource gaps to the project engineer and maintaining momentum across multiple fronts.
06 Supervised subcontractors daily across all active buildings — resolving technical issues directly on site and maintaining safety and housekeeping standards across active work zones.
07 Prepared daily and weekly site reports summarising progress, manpower levels and key issues across all towers — maintaining clear documentation discipline throughout the project.
08 Supported punch-list and snagging activities — following up on rectification across apartments and common areas prior to handover stages for each completed building.
