Scenario 01 · New Project

Starting
from scratch

I start with vendor lists, material approvals and site setup running in parallel — so by the time groundworks begin, the approval chain is already moving. A clean start is the only protection against the firefighting that comes later.

Scenario 02 · Running Project

Joining
mid-stream

I read the drawings, check where approvals stand, assess subcontractor status and identify what's actually blocking progress — not what looks like it is. Then I close gaps in the right order, not the most visible one.

Scenario 03 · Delayed / Distressed

Recovering
a drowning project

Full scope inventory first: remaining works, pending approvals, stalled deliveries, contractor disputes, live risks. That picture tells me what to fix, what to absorb, and what to escalate. I've done this on a villa 4 years behind schedule. We stabilised it, recovered the critical path, and handed over — with minimum losses and no legal exposure.

My work focuses on bridging the gap between drawings and execution — ensuring details are built correctly, technical issues are closed fast, and quality stays consistent from mobilisation to handover.
